The SIAI-Marchetti SF 260 (now Leonardo SF-260) is an Italian light aircraft that has been commonly marketed as a military trainer and / or acrobatic aircraft.

The SF 260 was designed by the Italian aeronautical designer Stelio Frati, while the production was originally produced by the aviation manufacturer Aviamilano of Milan.

On July 15, 1964, the first prototype made its first flight (designated F.260).

Shortly thereafter, production was transferred to SIAI Marchetti, who had acquired design rights; the production continued to be carried out by this company until the company was bought by Aermacchi in 1997.
