Avante 2011, limited edition "Black Special" originally released to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Tamiya radio control car products.
It features a livery inspired by its Mini 4WD cousin, the "Avante Black Special"
FEATURES:
The model features a unique shaft-driven all-wheel drive system, borrowed from Tamiya's first 4WD radio-controlled buggy, the Hotshot.
It features a highly sophisticated design, including a double-deck carbon fiber chassis, longitudinal motor and battery housings, and a Formula-style body with fairing.
It features innovative components such as a compact gearbox with 3 small planetary gears, a center differential for increased stability, fully adjustable suspension, and cam-lock hubcaps.
The car's modern specification features some upgrades, such as universal driveshafts and machined aluminum uprights, giving this version greater durability and performance than the original.
